Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions is hiring an Inventory Associate in Memphis, TN, offering weekly pay and robust benefits. The role supports distribution across the US with state-of-the-art equipment and a safety-first environment.

Basic requirements include a high school diploma, ability to lift 50 lbs, and experience with RF scanners and WMS systems. Day-to-day tasks include packing, loading/unloading, and data entry, with training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of related warehouse experience required.
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
• Operate powered industrial trucks (stand-up/sit-down forklifts, pallet jacks) and related equipment.
• Ability to read and perform basic math in English for safety and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Package, kit and/or assemble orders and materials.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers; ensure scanning accuracy.
• Train dock staff on new procedures; maintain end-of-shift facility security.
• Perform picking and packing duties and document product movements.
• Complete material moves with related transactions; help improve warehouse operations.
• Maintain housekeeping and perform other duties as assigned.

• Hourly Pay $17.31 per hour
• Schedule: First Shift Monday- Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

• Must have a clean driving record and a personal vehicle and travel within the area approximately 25 - 50 % of the day
• Strong technical aptitude which includes using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, RF scanners and entering data into a WMS System
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Must be able to work both indoors and outside

Responsibilities

• Package, kit and/or assemble orders and materials.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers. Ensure all scanning is completed correctly. Help train dock employees on new procedures. Ensure facility is secure at end of shift; investigate/resolve scanning issues and housekeeping. Perform picking and packing duties. Check for evidence of product or container damage
• Perform the assigned tasks as described in the location's policies and procedures standards to include handling of materials within associated logical transactions
• Perform material moves with associated physical/logical transactions as required
• Participate in workgroup and other team activities for the purpose of self improvement and improving warehouse operations and related business functions
• Perform housekeeping duties for assigned area
• Performs other duties as assigned
