Job summary

ttg Talent Solutions, Inc. in Medley, FL is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including order picking, inventory control, and material handling.

This on-site role requires attention to detail and a collaborative approach to maintain accuracy and safety. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, competitive pay based on experience, and a temp-to-perm path within a fast-paced distribution center.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics environment.
• Experience in order picking and/or inventory control.
• Experience operating Reach Truck, Cherry Picker, or Electric Pallet Jack is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Select products based on order requirements while ensuring accuracy.
• Perform inventory counts, stock verification, and inventory organization.
• Load, unload, move, and organize products throughout the warehouse.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as Reach Truck, Cherry Picker, and/or Electric Pallet Jack when qualified.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support daily warehouse operations.
• Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to meet daily productivity goals.

Location: Medley, FL 33178 (On-site)

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Perm

Pay Rate: $16.00-$17.00/hour (based on experience)

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join a fast-paced distribution center. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations through order picking, inventory control, and material handling while ensuring accuracy, productivity, and workplace safety.
