ASAHI BEER USA / OCTOPI BREWING is hiring Warehouse Associates at Windsor and Waunakee (Uniek DC) to move materials and finished goods efficiently. You will join a team operating across multiple shifts, supporting production and distribution to keep daily operations flowing.

ABOUT ASAHI BEER USA / OCTOPI BREWING

Founded in 2014 as a Wisconsin contract brewery, Octopi Brewing has spent over a decade brewing and packaging beer, seltzers, RTDs, and sodas for clients nationwide. In 2024, Asahi — brewers of Asahi Super Dry — acquired Octopi, making us the U.S. production home of Super Dry. Today, our 250+ person team of beverage industry pros keeps that same local, quality-first spirit alive at a state-of-the-art facility. Our Warehouse team keeps raw materials, packaging, and finished product moving accurately between our facilities, co-packing partners, and distribution.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for Warehouse Associates to help keep materials and finished product moving safely and accurately — receiving, storing, picking, staging, and shipping product so the rest of our operation never has to slow down. We're hiring at two nearby locations — Windsor and our Uniek DC in Waunakee — just 7 minutes apart.

WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE GREAT

WHAT YOU'LL DO

WHAT YOU BRING

Must-haves:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to lift, move, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 160 lbs occasionally
• Comfortable twisting, turning, crouching, stooping, and squatting repeatedly throughout the workday
• Committed to workplace safety and following all safety policies and procedures

Nice-to-haves:

• Previous warehouse, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing experience
• Experience in the beverage, food, CPG, or distribution industry
• Experience operating warehouse equipment and RF scanning systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and warehouse/ERP systems

CURRENTLY HIRING FOR

• 1st Shift — Windsor Warehouse — Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm
• 2nd Shift — Uniek DC (Waunakee) — Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–10:00pm
• 3rd Shift — Uniek DC (Waunakee) — Sunday–Thursday, 9:00pm–5:00am

During the application process, you'll be asked which location and shift you're interested in.

PAY BY SHIFT

Base rate for this role is $20.00/hr. Shifts outside of 1st shift include an additional shift differential on top of that base — never a lower starting rate, just added pay for the shift.

• 1st Shift — $21.00/hr (base rate)
• 2nd Shift — $21.00/hr base + $3.00/hr shift differential = $24.00/hr
• 3rd Shift — $21.00/hr base + $4.00/hr shift differential = $25.00/hr
• Weekend Day — $21.00/hr base + $5.75/hr shift differential = $26.75/hr
• Weekend Night — $21.00/hr base + $7.75/hr shift differential = $28.75/hr
