Position Title: Warehouse Associate - 12-Hour Shifts

Wage: $21.57/hour

Shift: Nights

Hours: 6:00pm - 6:00am (2-2-3 Rotation)

Warehouse Associate Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Operate forklift equipment to support production, fill customer orders, and ensure a smooth flow of materials inbound and outbound.
• Meet department goals for efficiency.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts.
• Fill customer production orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring product is stored, received, and shipped to quality standards.
• Perform timely and accurate transactions to maintain inventory system integrity.
• Complete all shift documentation and paperwork.
• Maintain department equipment through daily checks and uphold department KPIs.
• Participate in safety programs, follow established safety procedures, and wear appropriate PPE.

Warehouse Associate Requirements:

• 3 years of forklift experience, including Reach trucks.
• Longevity in work history.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Basic math skills.
• Computer and software skills.
• Ability to lift up to 10lbs continuously (cases of product and hand tools).
• Regularly lift 11-30lbs (3-4 times per shift).
• Occasionally lift 31-50lbs (1-2 times per shift).
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, twist, and stand for long periods.
• Ability to work in warm environments.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English to meet training, safety, and quality requirements.
