Job summary

Capstone Logistics in Lumberton, NJ seeks a Warehouse Associate for a 2nd shift (3:00 PM start, Monday–Friday). You will load/unload, pick/pack, palletize, and assist with audits while maintaining safety and accuracy. The role is fast-paced and physical, with opportunities for advancement and weekly pay.

Ideal candidates are energetic, able to lift 25–75 lbs, and willing to train for site-specific duties. Capstone promotes from within and supports community efforts.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
