Responsibilities :

• Receiving and Inspecting : Efficiently receive and inspect incoming inventory to verify contents and condition, ensuring they meet eBay's standards. Ensure all packages are ready for shipment by end of shift
• Verification Process : Support the authentication process by handling items with care, conducting initial inspections, and preparing them for expert review.
• Inventory Management : Accurately record and manage inventory within eBay's systems to maintain precise stock levels.
• Packing and Shipping : Safely pack authenticated items and prepare them for shipment, ensuring timely delivery to our customers.
• Compliance and Safety : Adhere to safety and compliance protocols while performing all tasks to maintain a secure work environment

Qualifications :

• Experience : Previous warehouse or inventory management experience is preferred but not essential.
• Skills : Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to work within a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
• Physical Demands : Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds; standing, walking, and stooping will be required.
• Team Player : Collaborative attitude and willingness to be part of a team committed to quality assurance.
• Must be 18 years of age and have reliable transportation to commute to site

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below :

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
