JOB TITLE : Warehouse Associate

SUPERVISOR : Warehouse Operations Manager

JOB OVERVIEW : The primary responsibility of the Warehouse Associate is to support internal warehouse operations by moving furniture within the facility, assisting with quality control of received products, wrapping furniture for storage, and preparing outbound shipments.

Responsibilities

SAI Receiving, Quality Control – 50%

• Under general supervision, this position assists with the inspection (Quality Control) of inbound shipments.
• Support with offloading and onloading of inventory while following company safety guidelines.
• Inspect products for defects and damages.
• Follow company procedures for documenting inbound items that are required to undergo Quality Inspection.
• Update company records for the flow of goods into the warehouse for binning or staging for freight fulfillment.
• Receive inbound shipments in a timely manner.
• Follow all company safety rules, OSHA requirements, and applicable laws.
  
  

Warehouse Functions – 45-50%

• Additionally, this position supports the shipping and receiving functions in the warehouse.
• Assist the receiving and shipping team with the staging of inbound and outbound orders.
• Support with offloading and onloading of inventory while following company safety guidelines.
• Help put the product away accurately within the RF Smart binning process.
• Assist with the picking of orders within the RF Smart process to prepare shipments for outbound processing.
• Provide additional support for internal photoshoots and installs.
• Additionally, this position may ride with the Company Box Truck or Company Vehicle to deliver products and/or pick up merchandise.
• Support in keeping the warehouse floor and inventory organized and clean.
• Follow all company safety rules, OSHA requirements, and applicable laws.
  
  

Other Duties – 0-5%

• Assist with other Warehouse or Vehicle-related duties as assigned by the Warehouse Operations Manager.
