Job summary

Evo Logistics in Los Angeles is seeking a full-time warehouse associate to manage stock, pick and pack orders, and load shipments using forklift and pallet jack. You will ensure accurate counts and compliance with safety procedures.

Responsibilities include receiving stock, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean, efficient warehouse while supporting HACCP programs and shipping/receiving tasks. Seafood/produce experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 70 lb.
• Experience with pallet jacks and forklifts (1 year each).
• Able to work weekends and overtime.
• Cold environment tolerance (30–50°F).
• Seafood and Produce experience preferred.

• Inspect foods for defects and accurate count at shipping and receiving.
• Assist HACCP programs and food safety procedures.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup.
• Receive/process warehouse stock - pick, unload, label, stage.
• Operate/maintain warehouse equipment and vehicles.
• Follow quality service standards and procedures.
• Scan incoming shipments using WMS.
• Pick, palletize and wrap orders.
• Verify packing lists and lot numbers.
• Maintain a clean warehouse.

Job description

Shift Start time (8hour shifts): 11:00am-7:30pm off Monday and Friday

Responsiblities:

• Organize stocks and maintain inventories
• Inspect foods for defects, damages and accurate count at shipping and receiving
• Assisting and maintaining our Food Safety and HACCP programs
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pick up according to schedule
• Receive and process warehouse stock products - pick, unload, label and stage
• Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
• Follow quality service standard and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
• Use forklift and electric pallet jacks to move loads to and from storage
• Accurately scan in in-coming shipments using WMS
• Pick, palletize and wrap orders
• Verify Packing List, Bill of Landing, Lot #, Product Description, Flags
• Maintain a clean warehouse/perform some cleaning tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 70 LB.
• Ability to work intermittently in a cold environment (30-50 degrees Fahrenheit)
• Ability to work weekends
• Ability to work overtime
• Seafood and Produce experience (Preferred)
• Min. 1year pallet jack
• Min. 1year forklift
