Williams Distributing Co. & Shoemaker Inc., divisions of Daikin Comfort Technologies North America, Inc., are seeking motivated individuals to join our team. We are a wholesale distributor specializing in HVAC equipment and residential building products across Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana. Our mission is to improve living environments through our products and services, working with dealers, builders, contractors, designers, and architects.

Responsibilities may include:

1. Picking and pulling orders from inventory.
2. Inspecting staged products to ensure accuracy.
3. Safely operating warehouse equipment for loading, unloading, and transferring materials and products without damage.
4. Maintaining inventory and conducting cycle counts.
5. Completing will call orders.
6. Ensuring timely and accurate paperwork and transaction entries.
7. Wearing proper PPE and uniforms during shifts.
8. Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety procedures.
9. Assisting customers and customer service representatives as needed.

Position Details:

• Works under the supervision of a lead or supervisor.

Qualifications and Skills:

• At least 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience.
• Ability to exert up to 50 lbs of force.
• Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodations.
• Forklift experience is strongly preferred.

Schedule: Monday through Friday.

Education:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without accommodations.
• Pass pre-employment physical.
