WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE – PART TIME

Galls is looking for a Warehouse Associate – Part Time (Little Rock, AR) Monday – Friday Day Shift.

As a Warehouse Associate at a Galls Retail Store (Branch), you will handle various back-of-house functions. Your responsibilities include ensuring received orders are filled, outbound orders are shipped accurately and promptly, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. Galls will provide training for all necessary processes.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Print and sort pick tickets to fulfill orders, matching them with packing lists and shipping labels
2. Audit complete orders to ensure 100% quality
3. Construct boxes according to size requirements, and attach appropriate documentation and labels
4. Fill void spaces in boxes for shipment and ensure proper sealing
5. Manifest and load orders for shipment
6. Sort products by location, product number, and description; label and restock as needed
7. Perform tasks assigned by the Manager
8. Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area; restock supplies as needed
9. Operate in a manner that promotes safety
10. Follow company, OSHA, and other safety regulations
11. Receive, sort, and store packages according to procedures
12. Maintain appropriate inventory levels and accuracy
13. Work collaboratively to meet productivity goals efficiently and accurately

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Preferred experience in shipping/receiving, but training will be provided
• Proficiency in computer skills; prior experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and MS Excel is a plus
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to follow instructions and process orders
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily productivity standards
• Willingness and ability to stand and walk for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations
