Job summary

Blue Seal Farm & Home in Litchfield, CT is hiring a Warehouse Associate (Finance) to join our team. This full-time role requires weekend availability and your ability to lift heavy loads, operate a hand truck or forklift, and maintain a neat warehouse.

You will load and unload bagged feeds for commercial and private customers, rotate stock, follow safety rules, and collaborate with Store Management. Pre-employment drug screen is required; employee discount is provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 55 lbs to a height of 50 inches.
• Demonstrate a consistent track record of employment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Effective communication.
• Willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading bagged feeds and related products to our customers, both commercial and private.

• Maintain the warehouse and loading areas in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Report any safety concerns while performing essential duties.
