Evening shift
This labor-intensive position is responsible for hand-building pallets of product for bulk and route trucks. Each type of loading requires strict attention to order accuracy for outgoing and incoming trucks. Employees work from electronic order systems or sheets, using a forklift and/or electronic pallet jack. The role involves ensuring loading accuracy and compliance with documentation, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and working in various weather conditions. Shift hours may vary based on workload.
Responsibilities include loading trucks with full pallets, unloading raw materials, and handling returned products. The role requires lifting cases weighing 20-45 pounds repeatedly, and involves standing, walking, bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and grasping throughout the shift.
