Job summary

HW Staffing Solutions is hiring for a Warehouse Associate – High Reach / Cherry Picker Operator (1st Shift) in Lexington, NC. You will safely operate high-reach equipment to pick, stage, and store inventory in a climate-controlled warehouse.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of high-reach cherry picker or order picker experience, can lift up to 50 lbs, and are comfortable working overtime or Saturdays when needed. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year hands-on experience operating a high-reach cherry picker / order picker.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs periodically and stand/walk during full shifts.
• Reliable with punctual attendance and willingness to work overtime/Saturdays.
• Basic math skills and RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate high-reach cherry pickers and order selectors at elevated levels.
• Accurately pick, pack, and stage customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
• Inspect equipment before use and follow OSHA and safety protocols.
• Assist with receiving, loading, unloading, and inventory counts as needed.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free.

Location: Lexington, NC

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday– Friday, 8:00 AM– 5:00 PM (Occasional Saturdays required during peak/busy season)

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and experiencedHigh Reach / Cherry Picker Operatorto join our 1st shift warehouse team in Lexington, NC. In this role, you will safely operate high-reach equipment to pick, stage, and store inventory in a clean, climate-controlled facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate high-reach cherry pickers and order selectors to retrieve or store goods at elevated levels.
• Accurately pick, pack, and stage customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
• Inspect equipment before use and adhere strictly to all OSHA and facility safety protocols.
• Assist with receiving, loading, unloading, and inventory counts as needed.
• Keep work areas and aisles clean, organized, and hazard-free.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience operating a high-reach cherry picker / order picker.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to comfortably work at heights, lift up to 50 lbs periodically, and stand/walk throughout a full shift.
• Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctual attendance, and willingness to work overtime/Saturdays when workload demands.
• Skills: High attention to detail, basic math, and RF scanner experience preferred.
