We’re Hiring: Cherry Picker Operator / Warehouse Associate

Location: Holly Springs, NC
Schedule: Monday– Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: Starting at $18.50/hr
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

What You’ll Be Doing

• Safely operate a Cherry Picker and Stand‑Up Forklift to pick and move inventory
• Select, process, and pack customer orders accurately
• Keep the warehouse organized and inventory up to date
• Use RF scanners and basic warehouse software for tracking
• Communicate clearly with the team and follow all safety guidelines

What We’re Looking For

• Cherry Picker experience is a must
• Strong inventory and material handling skills
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently
• Good communication skills and a team‑player attitude
• Must have a clean background and be able to pass a drug test

Work Environment & Physical Demands

• Fast‑paced warehouse setting
• Standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Operating powered industrial equipment (Cherry Picker/Stand‑up forklift)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
