Job description

The Warehouse Associate position encompasses a variety of responsibilities including receiving and putting away materials, managing small parcel shipping, cutting cable, and forklift operation. The Warehouse Support team plays a vital role in ensuring that all materials are accurately processed and shipped in a timely manner.

Hours : 8am-5pm or 12pm-10:30pm.

Warehouse Associate Details :

• Full-time work available
• Various shifts available (Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm)
• You are responsible for processing cable cuts, lagging reels, palletizing reels, and boxing cable cuts.
• Unload inbound shipments and check inbound materials.
• Receive material into the Prelude system and label materials using a barcode scanner.
• Put away materials accurately and efficiently.
• Manage reporting of scrap cable.
• Identify and route small parcel, full truckload, less than truckload, and heavy weight air orders to the appropriate shipping area.
• Process packages via the small parcel shipping terminal.
• Set pickup appointments and load orders for shipment.

Warehouse Associate Qualifications :

• Forklift experience is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years warehouse experience
• Ability to read and write in English, and understand basic math
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
