Job summary

POOLCORP is hiring in Lenexa, KS for a warehouse associate. The role involves pulling, packing and preparing orders for delivery or pickup, plus loading trucks and maintaining accurate inventory.

You will work with a team to coordinate deliveries, operate a forklift safely and keep a clean, productive workplace. This position requires 18+ and basic warehouse experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Follow and carry out instructions with minimal supervision.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior forklift experience preferred.
• Experience in distribution, general labor or warehousing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pull, fill, pack and set up orders for delivery or pickup.
• Assist in loading the delivery truck.
• Receive shipments and log into inventory with regular audits.
• Communicate with supervisors, sales staff, coworkers and customers to coordinate deliveries/pickup.
• Operate forklift safely, maintain certification and perform vehicle safety checks.
• Keep the facility clean, safe and efficient; perform other duties as assigned.

Location: Lenexa, KS - 20, 14792 West 99th Street, Lenexa, Kansas - 66215 Pay: $19 - $20/ hour and up to $2,500 through our performance bonuses Work Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am-5pm and a rotating Summer Saturday morning shift.

Work Responsibilities

• Accurately pulls, fills, packs and sets up orders for delivery or pickup.
• Assists in loading the delivery truck.
• Receives shipments, logs into inventory, maintains inventory through audits.
• Communicates positively with supervisors, sales staff, fellow workers and customers to coordinate deliveries/pick-up.
• Operates a forklift safely and efficiently, maintains required certification, performs vehicle safety checks and reports discrepancies to supervisor.
• Assists in keeping facility clean, neat, safe and operating efficiently.
• Other duties as assigned.
