Warehouse Associate

Due to continued growth, Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our successful team! We are an essential business thriving in the booming home improvement industry. Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows, founded in 1903. Andersen Windows has been the world’s largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen aims to create a better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in loading and unloading materials for all market jobs.
2. Manage inventory alongside the Operations Manager.
3. Organize the warehouse based on business needs.
4. Process, package, and ship orders accurately.
5. Organize stocks and maintain inventory.
6. Inspect products for defects and damages.
7. Examine inbound and outbound shipments.
8. Receive, unload, and properly store incoming inventory.
9. Verify and process customer invoices.
10. Follow all safety and hygiene regulations.
11. Contribute ideas to improve warehousing procedures.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Valid driver’s license.
3. Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
4. Proven warehouse experience.
5. Ability to handle heavy items.
6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
7. Positive, energetic attitude.
8. Good time management and organization skills.
9. Experience driving a large box truck.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly wage: $18-$20/hour.
