Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders for accuracy.
• Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies, promptly reporting any issues.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely manner.
• Load and unload trucks using manual methods or powered equipment.
• Organize and store inventory in designated locations to maintain efficiency.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support regular cycle counts.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (as certified).
• Follow all safety procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist with labeling, tagging, and stocking products as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and operational goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) with prior warehouse or logistics experience considered a plus.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment with shifting priorities.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in inventory and order handling.
• Effective communication skills with a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods in a warehouse setting with varying temperatures.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Strong work ethic demonstrated through reliability, punctuality, time management, and safety awareness.
