Job summary

Closet America in Largo, MD is hiring a Warehouse Associate to work hands-on with fabrication equipment, helping bring custom closet and organization systems to life. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to learn, grow, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

No prior experience is required—we’ll train you. Starting pay is $18-$21 per hour, with benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, paid holidays and vacation, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification a plus (not required).
• No manufacturing experience required—we’ll train you!
• Ability to lift 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of manufacturing equipment and the production floor.
• Clean and prepare machines for the next shift, ensuring equipment is ready for production.
• Assist with basic machine upkeep and housekeeping to help maximize production uptime.
• Perform routine quality and visual checks while following established procedures.
• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently as needed (training provided).
• Complete repetitive, routine tasks and rotate between equipment or work areas as business needs require.
• Follow all safety policies and contribute to a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work closely with production team members to keep operations running smoothly and minimize downtime.
