Capstone Logistics, LLC in Lakewood, WA is seeking Warehouse Associates for the 3rd shift (Sunday-Thursday) with finish times. The role offers weekly pay and rewards effort with higher earnings as you load and unload by hand or with equipment, under the guidance of site leadership.

The job is fast-paced, physically demanding, and suitable for individuals who can lift 25–75 lbs and adapt to a dynamic warehouse environment. Training is provided to the right candidate.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic; work is fast paced and physical.
• Ability to lift and carry 25-75 lbs as needed.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload items by hand or with equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by site leadership.
• Maintain safety and efficiency while meeting production goals.

The Opportunity

• Warehouse Associates load and unload both by hand and with equipment and other duties as assigned by site leadership.
• Associates are paid by the truck. The harder you work, the more you earn!

Requirements

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
