If you’d like the chance to make your mark with the world’s largest equipment rental provider, come build your future with United Rentals! As a Warehouse Associate, you will stage, load, and unload finished product and raw materials. You will also stock and maintain warehouse inventory.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure product is in proper locations, place product in correct bin locations, and assist the manager in assigning locations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times
• Assist with cycle counting throughout the year, maintain proper inventory levels, and notify the appropriate personnel when stock is low
• Load/unload structural components onto/off delivery trucks
• Visually inspect deliveries for damage and verify quantities delivered against the packing slip for accuracy
• Prep and assemble structure components that can be pre-assembled prior to deployment
• Operate a forklift to move heavy equipment and structural components safely and efficiently
• Other duties assigned as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Previous warehouse experience
• Experience working in the construction rental industry
• Forklift certification
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently as needed
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems
• Ability to frequently lift items up to 45 lbs.

This position is deemed Safety Sensitive for purposes of United Rentals’ policies and procedures.
