Job summary

Capstone is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Knoxville, TN. This on-site role runs Monday through Friday, 6:00 am until finish, with weekly pay and strong opportunities for growth. You will contribute to loading, unloading, selecting, palletizing, and related warehouse tasks while maintaining safety and accuracy.

Training is provided for the right candidate, with requirements including the ability to lift 25–75 lbs. Capstone emphasizes a high-performance culture, teamwork, and community impact.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
