Job summary

Capstone is hiring Warehouse Associates in Cleveland, TN. The role loads and unloads pallets by hand and with forklift equipment, and pays by the truck. Shifts include 5:00am–5:00pm or 3rd shift 5:00pm–5:00am with overtime potential.

This position requires a high-energy, physically demanding worker who can lift 25–75 lbs. Prior warehouse or equipment experience is preferred, but training is available. Capstone emphasizes a high-performance culture and opportunities for advancement and travel

Qualifications

• Forklift experience required.
• Preferred experience with Stand up forklift and stand-up forklift with Clamp attachment.
• Lift and carry 25-75 lbs; materials vary.
• Prior warehouse or equipment experience is preferred but training is available.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload by hand and with equipment as directed by site leadership.
• Move materials using forklift and other handling equipment as needed.
• Support other site tasks and maintain safety standards.

Pay: $700-$1,200 / weekly

1st shift 5:00am-5:00pm or 3rd5:00pm-5:00am
