Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our distribution team in Knoxville, TN. This role focuses on safe, accurate order processing, shipping, receiving, and inventory maintenance while supporting a fast-paced environment and team-based goals.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate reliability, physical stamina, and the ability to work across shifts with a flexible schedule. We offer a nationwide medical plan, 401(k), and weekly pay with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand instructions and execute tasks.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift and move up to 75 pounds.
• Able to stand and walk for the duration of assigned shift.
• Able to stoop, bend, and reach.
• Exposure to various weather conditions, temperatures and noises.
• This position requires candidates to be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all safety policies and procedures.
• Verify, process, package and ship orders accurately and timely.
• Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately.
• Inspect products for defects and damages.
• Maintain inventory records.
• Assist with maintaining warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level.
• Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
