Job summary

Pilot Company in Watsonville, CA is seeking team members for our travel center network. This hands-on role includes assisting guests, stocking, and maintaining clean facilities while supporting a safe and friendly environment.

Pay starts between $16.90 and $23.10 per hour with weekly pay, a nationwide medical plan, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and flexible scheduling. Experience is welcome, with on-the-job training provided.
