CAM Integrated Solutions is seeking a warehouse assistant to ensure inventory is processed, organized, and stored efficiently. You will package, scan, and prepare orders for delivery, while meeting quotas and maintaining accurate records.

Candidates should be comfortable on their feet, experienced with inventory software, and able to operate forklifts and other equipment. A valid driver's license is preferred for light driving duties and material handling.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.

The warehouse assistant will be responsible for ensuring inventory is processed, organized, and stored. This position will also package, scan, and prepare orders for delivery. This person needs to be comfortable working on their feet, focused on meeting quotas, and experienced in inventory software and databases. The warehouse assistant may also operate heavy machinery, or drive equipment, someone with experience and a valid driver’s license is preferred.

Education, Experience & Certifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Physically able to lift 50 pounds or more
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Request for consumable inventory order
• Load and unload materials
• Verify/segregate material in warehouse according to project
• Notify purchasing lead of material non-conformance
• Assemble Material kits as requested by manufacturing
• Transfer kits to shop
• Transfer material from paint to assembly/shipping
• Shipping prep
• Pictures before shipping
• Bill of Lading
• Complete customer hard copy data books
• Manage material records from shop and provide to Purchasing
• Receive and process incoming stock and materials
• Pick and file orders from stock
• Package and ship orders
• Manage, organize, and retrieve stock in the warehouse
• Manage material in the yard
• Operate heavy machinery like forklifts to load and unload materials
• Verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments
• Follow all safety protocol and warehouse procedures
