IES Residential, Inc. is currently seeking a Warehouse Associate in the Katy, TX area.

This position involves handling various tasks related to inventory management, shipping, receiving, and maintaining warehouse equipment. Warehouse Technicians are responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of products in and out of the facility while adhering to safety and organizational standards.

1. Material pickup and delivery.
2. Assist in loading and unloading trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment. Ensure proper handling and storage of all goods.
3. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and organizing materials.
4. Daily issuance of materials/equipment as directed and perform other duties as assigned.
5. Conduct monthly and yearly inventories.
6. Adhere to safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Identify and mitigate potential hazards.
7. Work closely with warehouse supervisors, managers, and team members to meet operational goals and deadlines.

Minimum Education: High School diploma or equivalent.

Minimum Years of Experience: 0-2 years.

Specific Qualifications:

• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Clean driving record.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to lift more than 70 lbs.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus.

License Required: No.
