TBC Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Distribution Center in Kapolei, HI. The role focuses on efficient order fulfillment, inbound receipt, and safe operation of MHE to support daily distribution operations.

Starting pay is $18.00–$20.00 per hour based on experience, with benefits including 401(k) match and disability options. Candidates must be 18+, hold a driver’s license, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs as required.

Qualifications

• RF scanners experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license required.

Our DC Associate will perform operational activities within Distribution Center warehouse to achieve efficient and accurate fulfillment of customer orders, and efficient and accurate receipt of delivery of replenishment product.

Responsibilities

In this friendly work environment you will be responsible for:

• Operate various MHE (Material Handling Equipment) in a safe and efficient manner.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of products.
• Unload and put-away product utilizing RF (radio frequency) technologyÂÂ
• Inspect inbound for OSD (overages and shortages)
• Pick and stage product
• Load truck(s)
• Maintain organization of product in the warehouse.
• Assist center to optimize operations and customer service to achieve business plan and DC profitability.
• Participate in cycle count or physical inventory process as required
• Maintain a clean work area and assist in the overall sanitation of the DC.
• Complete MHE reports as required by company policy and OSHA regulations
• Perform any other tasks as defined by Supervisor or Center Manager
• Abide by all Federal, State, and Local laws
• Other duties as assigned or requested

• Experience with RF scanners preferred
