Job summary

Sleep Outfitters, a Mattress Warehouse company, is seeking a Delivery Assistant to handle local and regional home delivery and setup of sleep solutions. You will provide an in-home guest experience and support daily warehouse readiness.

The role offers a 5-day work week with home every night and benefits such as PTO, 401(k) with match, and health coverage. High school diploma and clean driving record required; lifting skills essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Clean driving record; no CDL required.
• Ability to lift over 100 pounds.
• Experience delivering furniture or appliances to customers' homes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and set up sleep solutions and mattresses at customers' homes.
• Provide a superior in-home guest experience during delivery and setup.
• Support warehouse and delivery readiness daily.
• Complete regular job-related training material.
• Work a 5-day work week; home every night, no OTR.

• Support the team effort to ensure warehouse and delivery readiness every day
