Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Wisconsin. You will help receive, unload, and move stock from dock to sales floor, using a forklift where needed.

Responsibilities include unloading trailers, staging freight, transferring products between pallets, loading items into customers' vehicles, and supporting other departments while maintaining safety and Loss Prevention compliance.

Qualifications

• Great communication skills.
• Prior Retail experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend.
• Able to pass a background check.

• Unload incoming products from trailers in the dock area.
• Move freight to the staging area and use a forklift.
• Move and fill palletized products to various departments.
• Load product into customers' vehicles.
• Support other departments as needed.

Compensation

• Saturday & Sunday weekend premium pay $2.50/hr
• Base pay up to $16.00/hr

Job Duties

The Warehouse Associate would assist with incoming freight, ensure that it reaches the sales floor, and other assigned duties.

This can include, but is not limited to:

• Unload incoming products from trailers in the dock area
• Move freight to the staging area
• Use a forklift
• Move/fill palletized products to various departments
• Transfer products from pallet to pallet
• Load product into customer’s vehicles
• Help in other departments as assigned
• Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures
