Job summary

Ruan is hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate in Janesville, WI. The role includes counting and packing incoming materials, using measuring scales, RF scanners, and inventory systems, and building safe pallet stacks. You will report to site leadership daily and help maintain a clean, organized facility.

Qualifications

About the Job

Ruan is now hiring a full-time Repack Associate at our distribution facility located in Janesville, WI. Ruan offers a full benefits package, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement.

Job Duties Include:

• Count and pack incoming materials and parts by hand
• Previous experience using measuring scales, RF scanners, computers, inventory management systems, pallet jacks, and lift tables
• Build safe and organized pallet stacks
• Align operational focus with Ruan's core values and culture, and report up through site leadership daily
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Pay:

Earn $19.35 per hour with overtime after 40 hours

Schedule:

• Enjoy a Monday - Friday schedule from 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
• Opportunities for overtime

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• At least 1 year of previous warehouse experience preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs
