Warehouse Worker

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Job Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our client's Operations team. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in doing quality work, enjoys staying active, and works well as part of a team.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You should be someone who can take direction, work independently when needed, and jump in to help the team accomplish daily goals.

What You'll Do

• Receive incoming shipments and verify products against orders and documentation
• Inspect products for accuracy and condition
• Unbox, organize, and store products in their designated locations
• Pick and retrieve products for outgoing orders
• Pack products carefully according to established shipping standards
• Organize and replenish inventory on shelves, bins, and storage areas
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records
• Identify and report missing, damaged, or misplaced inventory
• Use handheld scanners, computers, and other technology to complete daily tasks
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently
• Assist with other warehouse and operations responsibilities as needed
