Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Job Summary: This position is responsible for inventory and record keeping for the parts warehouse, as well as enforcing the company’s policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

1. Record all incoming parts, components, and assemblies, and place them in the appropriate location in the warehouse.
2. Maintain parts records, factory parts returns, customer parts returns, shipping, and receiving as directed.
3. Maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse.
4. Ensure pick-ups and deliveries are scheduled.
5. Advise customers of delays or issues with orders.
6. Assist customers with loading and unloading of parts, components, and assemblies.

Education, Experience, and Skills:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Forklift experience.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, and hear. Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Exposure to wet/humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, outside weather, extreme temperatures, vibration, and moderate noise levels.
