Warehouse Associate- IRSG, a division of Pipp Mobile Storage Systems, is looking for reliable individuals to join our Warehouse team. The Warehouse Associate performs warehouse tasks to support the daily operations. Tasks include container loading and unloading, product receiving, cycle counts, and other assigned projects.

This is a first shift position, working 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Monday - Friday. Some overtime may be required. Our employees enjoy a generous benefit package that includes medical, dental, vision, flex spending, disability, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off and 401K.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supplies production lines with exact quantities of material per sales order with adequate lead-time to ensure proper workforce utilization.
• Oversees and participates in the efficient receiving of overseas containers by properly identifying products and quantities received, accurately labeling products and storing in designated bin locations.
• Maintains a clean and safe warehouse environment by ensuring proper product placement, accurate identification and removing unnecessary equipment or supplies.
• Places all material receipt and production “return to stock items” into their proper position within 1 business day.
• Participates in training and safety plans to support efficiency improvement plans, provides optimum levels of personal protection and complies with government regulations.
• Proactively serves as a production line resource when warehouse tasks are completed.
• Maintains compliance with all regulatory, safety and company policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School degree or equivalent and 0-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
• Must possess a positive work ethic.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
