West Shore Home is seeking a Distribution Center Warehouse Associate in Irving, TX to support shipping and receiving operations. You will verify documents, route inbound goods, and help maintain inventory accuracy while contributing to lean initiatives and a clean, organized facility.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, experience with shipping/receiving preferred, and forklift experience is a plus. This is a full-time on-site position with benefits and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support Lean events, 6S, and Inventory Management Systems as needed.
• Notify supervisor of discrepancies in material or documentation.

Position: Distribution Center Warehouse Associate

Location: 6425 Campus Circle Dr W. Irving TX, 75063

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30AM-4:00PM (Full-Time)

Purpose Of Position

The Distribution Center Warehouse Associate will assist the Distribution Center Supervisor in supporting the assigned Regional Operations team by handling shipping and receiving, maintaining consumables and supplies, handling building maintenance, and participating as needed in Lean events, 6S, and Inventory Management Systems.

Key Role Accountabilities

Shipping and Receiving

• Examine deliveries for damage.
• Review Bill of Ladings and packing slips for accuracy.
• Verify the quantity and correctness of incoming materials (bulk cases, any incoming count for correctness) against bills of lading and document any discrepancies.
• Notify on-site supervisor of any discrepancy in material or documentation.
• Route incoming goods to the proper departments.

Supplies/Consumables

• Maintain consumables quantities to instructed levels.
• Ensure accuracy when picking product.
• Perform periodic physical inventory counts.

Building Maintenance

• Perform light building maintenance throughout facility as need or instructed.
• Remove snow/ice from parking lots, sidewalks and steps as needed.
• Keep warehouse neat, clean, and organized.

Compensation

The approximate salary range (or hourly pay) for this position is $21-$23 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
