Job Description: Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform various tasks to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (if certified)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts
• Follow company policies and safety procedures at all times
• Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus
• Ability to lift and move heavy loads
• Basic math and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
