Job summary

Continental is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Indianapolis, IN to support daily warehouse operations. The role runs Monday–Friday, 6 AM to 3 PM, with responsibilities including accurate picking/packing, inventory control, loading/unloading, and maintaining orderly work areas.

Requires a High School Diploma or GED and English proficiency; prior warehouse experience is preferred. Familiarity with iPads and inventory systems is a plus, forklift certification encouraged.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English.
• Comfortable using technology (iPads, inventory systems).
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages).
• Ability to operate or learn electric pallet jack; forklift certification encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack orders using technology (e.g., iPad, LightSpeed system).
• Organize and maintain inventory using FIFO (First In, First Out).
• Load and unload trucks for routes and markets.
• Replenish stock and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Read schedules, work orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved or distributed.
• Communicate inventory discrepancies to team leaders.
• Record accurate inventory counts of products picked, packed, scrapped, and excess.
• Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

The Experience You’ll Create

The Warehouse Associate plays a vital role in ensuring smooth daily warehouse operations.

Shift: Monday - Friday 6 AM to 3 PM
