Job summary

Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of Andersen Windows, is seeking an enthusiastic Warehouse Associate for our Indianapolis office, onsite. You will load/unload materials, organize the warehouse, process and ship orders, inspect products, handle shipments, and verify invoices.

Requirements include a high school diploma, valid driver's license, ability to lift 75-100 lbs, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Onsite, 1st shift, 40 hours weekly in Indianapolis 46278.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our growing team onsite at our Indianapolis office.

What You’ll Do

• Load and unload materials for various jobs
• Organize and maintain the warehouse
• Process, package, and ship orders accurately
• Inspect products for defects
• Handle incoming and outgoing shipments
• Verify customer invoices
• Follow safety and hygiene protocols

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent, required
• Valid Driver's License, required
• Ability to lift up to 75-100 lbs unassisted
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and good time management
