Job description

Warehouse Associate

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a key role in our Logistics Center in various ways, helping ensure our customers receive their products in a timely and efficient manner. You'll have the opportunity to be part of a team that works together to meet deadlines and exceed expectations. We're excited to meet with you!

What You'll Do

• Verify products to reduce errors during picking, cycle counting, put-away, and receiving to meet 100% customer satisfaction.
• Ensure proper receipt and storage of packages in receiving.
• Maintain the integrity of the cycle count process in inventory control.
• Handle loading and unloading to ensure trucks and trailers are managed properly.
• Unpack and verify goods received against purchase orders or invoices.
• Complete all pick processes, including Paper Pick, Paper Smart Pick, Paperless Pick, Parcel Batch Pick, and LTL Pick.
• Lift heavy items and operate a forklift if required.

What We're Looking For

• For Level I roles, no prior warehouse experience is required but preferred.
• For Level II roles, at least 1 year of recent forklift or machine operating experience is necessary.

Working Conditions

Occasional non-standard hours or overtime may be required. The environment may include exposure to extreme temperatures, high noise levels, heights, wet or humid conditions, and outdoor weather. Must have working knowledge of English for training and safety purposes.
