Join our franchise as a Warehouse Associate! This role is based in Houston, TX and involves organizing and maintaining our central warehouse. Responsibilities include managing contents vaults, inventory, equipment, and fleet, as well as enforcing safety and cleanliness standards.

Job Description:

As the Warehouse & Fleet Associate, your responsibilities will include:

• Assist in keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and hazard-free, following OSHA standards
• Experience in pulling and backing trailers
• Maintain equipment in proper working condition, including filter and oil changes
• Manage inventory and supplies, including loss prevention
• Coordinate dumpster services and assist with vehicle maintenance
• Handle shipping and receiving tasks
• Inspect flooring for damages and mark job codes
• Assist with vehicle audits to ensure cleanliness, fueling, and stock levels

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Minimum three years of warehouse experience
• Certification to operate a forklift
• Experience with restoration equipment is preferred
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Proficient in computer skills and highly organized
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver's license and high school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass a background check

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Stand, walk, climb ladders, and work at heights
• Perform repetitive pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying
