Job summary

Wonderfield Houston is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Houston, TX. This role focuses on inventory management, order fulfillment, and warehouse safety, with opportunities to grow within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

You will work with RF scanners, handle packing and shipping, and collaborate with a team to ensure accurate, timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong work ethic and organizational skills.
• Ability to work strategically as part of a team.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds without assistance.
• Ability to stand for six hours or more.
• Familiarity with computers to print labels.
• Knowledge of logistics, transportation, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management of warehouse inventory, shipping, and receiving.
• Fill shipment orders in a timely and effective manner.
• Use RF scanning to document carton-level information (condition, quantity, location).
• Monitor systems to ensure orders are received and inventory checked.
• Move inventory for delivery according to truck stops and numbers.
• Unload products from freight trucks and organize in the warehouse.

Overview of the role

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is for someone who wants to learn and thrive while contributing to our business values innovation.

Key Accountabilities

• Assist with the management of warehouse inventory, shipping, and receiving.
• Contribute to a dynamic team by filling shipment orders in a timely and effective manner.
• Adhere to company values of quality, innovation, and comfort.
• Use RF scanning technology to document carton-level information, including condition, quantity, and location in the warehouse.
• Monitor systems to ensure that all orders are received.
• Check inventory regularly.
• Move inventory for delivery according to truck and stop number.
• Unload products from freight trucks and organize them within the warehouse

What you’ll need

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong work ethic and organizational skills
• Ability to work strategically as part of a team
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and environments.
• Ability to lift 50 or more pounds without assistance
• Ability to stand comfortably for six or more hours at a time
• Familiarity with computers and technology to print labels
• Knowledge of logistics, transportation, and customer service
• Experience in operating a forklift is a plus
