Job summary

Richard’s Total Backyard Solutions, a premier outdoor living retailer in the Greater Houston area, is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate for indoor and outdoor work. You will assist with setup, restocking, and light handyman tasks while supporting delivery teams and moving items between the warehouse and showroom.

Ideal candidates lift 50+ lbs, hold a valid 21+ driver’s license for vehicle delivery, and demonstrate reliability and punctuality in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift heavy items and work outdoors.
• Valid driver's license (21+ to operate a company vehicle).
• Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assist showroom & warehouse manager with setup and restocking items.
• Perform minor handyman tasks, such as replacing light bulbs and organizing showroom displays.
• Move and arrange hot tubs, furniture, and products between the warehouse and showroom.
• Support the delivery team in preparing vans for hot tub & swim spa deliveries.
• Load and unload heavy equipment (must be able to lift 50+ lbs.).
• Drive company vehicles (must be 21+ to operate a company vehicle).
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
