Heritage Pool Supply - Houston is seeking a Warehouse Associate to stock, organize and manage inventory, pick and prepare customer orders, and support shipping and receiving daily. The role emphasizes safe handling and timely deliveries in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Requires 1+ year in distribution/warehouse, ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and basic math. English proficiency and optional Spanish bilingual ability are valued; background/drug screening are required.

Job description

Position Purpose

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately and safely stocking, organizing, and managing warehouse inventory, fulfilling customer orders, and supporting daily shipping and receiving of orders. This role ensures materials are handled efficiently and safely to support timely customer deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock and organize products safely and accurately.
• Pull and prepare customer orders for pick-up or delivery.
• Load and unload the delivery trucks.
• Count and verify incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Rotate stock and report any damaged or missing items.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow company safety guidelines and procedures.

Direct Manager/Direct Reports

• Reports to: Branch/Warehouse Manager

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and handle freight/materials up to 75 pounds continuously throughout the workday.
• Ability to move heavy products in busy warehouses and/or outdoor yards, using equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks, and involves active physical work.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
