Job summary

Warehouse Associate

Warehouse Associates will fulfill and process orders, accept incoming shipments, and oversee the general organization of the warehouse.

Qualifications:

Inventory Management

• Maintains an accurate running inventory.
• Enter purchase order data in the inventory control system.

Receiving & Inspection

• Receive all incoming raw materials.
• Accepts, verifies, inspects, and records all deliveries according to policy.
• Records, reports, and returns defective items.

Shipping & Packing

• Handles packing of finished products and samples for shipping according to SOP.
• Handles complaints related to shipments; notify supervisor of any shipping or receiving issues.

Facility Maintenance

Maintains the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse area.

Work Experience

• Proficient with inventory control systems, and experience using scanners
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite of products, data entry, excellent mathematical skills and knowledge of (Jeeves) ERP, and WMS systems
• Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
