Capstone Logistics, LLC in Houma, LA is hiring Warehouse Associates to perform loading, unloading, picking and other duties on a fast-paced team.

Schedule is 5:00am to finish, Monday–Friday, with weekly pay. We offer paid training, benefits after 60 days, and opportunities to join a travel team across sites.

Capstone emphasizes a high-performance culture, strong relationships, and internal promotion; prior warehouse experience is preferred but training is available.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 25–75 lbs.
• High-energy, strong work ethic; fast-paced environment.
• Warehouse experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload items, select and move freight, audit, repack, sort, palletize, clean up, and perform duties as assigned by site leadership.

The Opportunity

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
