As part of a collaborative team, you will pull orders, interface with customers for Will Calls, and help maintain efficient warehouse operations while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Shipping & receiving experience is preferred.
• Ability to safely operate saws and forklifts.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Attention to detail to identify order discrepancies and product deficiencies.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate Saws, Hydraulic Crimpers, and Forklift.
• Produce hoses and valves.
• Ship and receive from UPS & LTL carriers.
• Pull sales and production orders.
• Interface with customers (Will Calls).
• Pick up and deliver materials and parts as needed.
• Organize and restock products in the warehouse.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Update supervisor on inventory, shipments, and deliveries.
• Operate forklift and other machinery as required.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts.
• Use computer systems to track orders and inventory.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operates Saws, Hydraulic Crimpers, and Forklift operation
• Hose and valve production
• Ship and receive from various companies (primarily UPS &LTL)
• Pulling sales & production orders
• Customer interface (Will Calls)
• Pick-up/Deliver material & parts as required
• Organizes and restocks products in the warehouse
• Keeps warehouse clean and organized
• Updates supervisor on the status of inventory, shipments, and deliveries
• Operates forklift and other machinery needed to transport heavy items around the warehouse
• Detail oriented inventory counting
• Computer skills

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Workday is a standard 8 hours and is spent in a warehouse setting.

Required Knowledge, Skill and Abilities

• Shipping & Receiving experience, desired
• Can safely operate Saws and Forklifts

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or GED is required

PREFERRED EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Forklift experience is desirable
• Warehouse Management Systems and other inventory management software experience are desirable
• Fluid power experience is desirable

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Talk, hear, stand, walk; reach with hands and arms; pushing and pulling
• Lift up to 50 lbs. and engage in assisted safe lifting of larger items
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time; climb or balance; kneel and crouch.
