Job summary

Tramec Sloan, LLC in Holland, Michigan is seeking a Warehouse Associate to accurately fulfill customer orders and prepare items for shipment. You will locate, retrieve, and package items per order specifications as part of a hands-on manufacturing environment with a focus on teamwork and reliability.

The role supports a Monday–Friday shift from 5:00am to 1:30pm (hours may vary) and requires lifting up to 50 lbs, reading and math skills, and experience with RF scanners.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift at least 50lbs.
• Good reading and comprehension skills.
• Good basic math skills.
• Hilo experience required.

Responsibilities

• Works with and communicates closely with the warehouse team.
• Ensures all customer service requests are pulled.
• Use of RF scanner transactions as needed.
• Checks the pulled report.
• Responsible for working in accordance with our documented Quality System and for ensuring that products and services meet the customer’s specified requirements.
• Maintains a clean and orderly work area using the 5S process and follows all safety policies and procedures.
• May be required by management to perform other reasonable work-related tasks.
• May be required to work overtime and weekends if needed.
