Warehouse Associate

The team member in this position checks trucks in and out using WMS and is responsible for the quality and efficiency of trailer loading/unloading, including pallet handling. The team member will operate a forklift or work with the LGV (Laser Guided Vehicle) and handling system. Responsibilities include checking outbound trailers prior to loading, monitoring all LGV activity, following SOPs to maintain inventory accuracy, preparing loads for shipments, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Essential Functions
  • Receive inbound orders into WMS: spring water, resin, materials, deliveries, water transfer, etc.
  • Rebuild damaged pallets, process RMAs, optimize storage, identify and report quality issues, validate SKUs, correct LGV alarms, monitor loads, unload deliveries, maintain storage areas, handle spills, pull pallets, supply production items, clear blocked locations, operate forklifts if needed, facilitate information flow, test and monitor products, coordinate preload activities, inspect trailers, communicate loading instructions, maintain records, participate in process improvements, ensure warehouse safety and cleanliness, and communicate effectively with team members and external contacts.
