Job summary

Capstone Logistics is hiring Warehouse Associates / Order Selectors at our Hatfield, PA distribution center. This full-time role features a set schedule and shift options, with earnings tied to performance and weekly pay.

You will select customer orders, operate ride-on pallet jacks, use RF scanners and voice-picking tech, and prepare orders for shipment while maintaining safety standards. Training is provided and advancement opportunities exist.

• Build pallets and prepare product for shipment.
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and safety standards.
• Verify product counts and maintain order accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Location: Hatfield, PA

Pay: $720 - $1,040+ per week

Schedule: Full-Time, Set Schedule at Hire

Available Shifts

• Sunday - Thursday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
• Tuesday - Saturday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

This is a production-based position where your earnings are tied to your performance, giving you the opportunity to increase your weekly pay through productivity and accuracy.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift

• Comfortable working in varying temperatures
• Ability to safely perform the essential functions of the job throughout the shift
