Job summary

Capstone Logistics is hiring Warehouse Associates / Order Selectors in Hatfield, PA. This production-based role pays weekly between $720 and $1,040+ and offers a set schedule at hire.

Choose between Sunday-SThursday or Tuesday-Saturday shifts from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM. You’ll use RF scanners, voice-picking (VoCollect), and ride-on pallet jacks to pick orders, build pallets, and prepare for shipment.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or order selecting experience preferred.
• Experience operating ride-on electric pallet jacks preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Accurately select customer orders throughout the warehouse.
• Operate ride-on electric pallet jacks and other equipment safely.
• Use RF scanners, voice-picking technology (VoCollect), and pick tickets to complete orders.
• Build pallets and prepare product for shipment.
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and safety standards.
• Verify product counts and maintain order accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift

• Ability to work on concrete floors in a warehouse environment
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures
• Ability to safely perform the essential functions of the job throughout the shift
